Your voucher stays valid for 12 months, giving you or your recipient total freedom and peace of mind.
Vouchers are valid for any cleaning service we offer — residential or commercial.

12 month expiry from date of purchase — vouchers can be redeemed at any time.

Voucher must be presented at the time of booking or service (Voucher code required).

Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

If the service total exceeds the voucher amount, the balance is payable by the recipient.

If the service total is less than the voucher value, the remaining balance will be held as credit.

Vouchers are transferable but not redeemable for cash.

Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be reissued — please store digital or printed copies securely.

Printed vouchers take 3–5 business days for delivery; digital vouchers are sent via email within 24 hours.
Business vouchers are classified as non-entertainment gifts under ATO rules and are 100% tax-deductible when gifted to clients (not employees).

A tax invoice will be provided with all business voucher purchases.

Please ensure you enter your business name and ABN at checkout if you require this on your invoice.
Custom or branded vouchers are available for business and bulk orders. Please note the following:
